關(guān)閉窗口 either用于否定句的兩點說明
一、用作副詞，表示“也”
此時either只用于否定句，不能用于肯定句或疑問句。如：
We don’t mind it either. 我們也不在乎它。
He didn’t go and she didn’t go either. 他沒去，她也沒去。
She can’t explain it and I can’t either. 她不能解釋，我也不能解釋。
He didn’t like the book; I didn’t either. 他不喜歡這本書，我也不喜歡。
Bill didn’t come to the party, and Jack didn’t either. 比爾沒來參加宴會，杰克也沒來。
二、用作代詞，表示“兩者中的任意一個”
You may take either of the roads. 兩條路你走哪一條都行。
I don’t agree with either of you. 你們兩人的意見我都不同意。
Here are two dictionaries；you may take either. 這里有兩本詞典，你拿哪一本都可以。
但是，這樣用的either不能用作否定句的主語，遇此情況應(yīng)改用neither。如：
兩者中哪個對我都合適(from www.52ysedu.com)。
誤：Either one does not suit me.
正：Neither one suits me.
不過，雖然either不能作否定句的主語，但它可作肯定句或疑問句的主語或賓語。如：
Either (of these) would do. 這兩個中任一個都可以。
Would you like either of these? 你喜歡二者中的任一個嗎?
