it和one均可指代前面出現(xiàn)過的名詞，但有區(qū)別：前者指同一事物，后者指類似事物。如：

答案為A。it用于指代前面提到過的 calculator。it用于指同一事物，one用于指類似事物。

考點8  考查表示兩者或三者的不定代詞用法

按英語習(xí)慣，both, either, neither只用于指兩者，不用于指三者；而all, any, none, every則只用于三者或多者，不用于指兩者。注意，each 可用于兩者、三者或三者以上，因此用于兩者時只能用 each，不能用 every。如：

Ling Ling and Betty are great. ______ of them have been chosen to enter the maths competition. (內(nèi)蒙古包頭中考題)

考點9  考查other, others與another的用法區(qū)別

這些不定代詞不僅在含義上有單復(fù)數(shù)之分，而且在用法上有泛指(無the)和特指(有the)之別。對于單數(shù)而言，若泛指用another，若特指用 the other；對于復(fù)數(shù)而言，若泛指用other(后接復(fù)數(shù)名詞)，若特指用the other(后接復(fù)數(shù)名詞)；對于others而言，它永遠表示復(fù)數(shù)意義(且其后不能再接名詞)。另外還要注意one…the other（指兩者的一個和另一個），some…others（一些……另一些……）等固定搭配。如：

Lily and her sister look the same. I can’t tell one from ______. (山東濟寧中考題)

A. other                        B. another                    C. the other                  D. others

答案為C。表示兩者中的一個和另一個，要用one…the other。
