He listened but heard nothing. Suddenly I heard a strange noise. I’m interested to hear your opinion. We’d better hear what they have to say. She doesn’t hear very well. I heard him come in last night. I heard him open the door and go out. I heard him go down the stairs. He was heard to go down the stairs. I heard somebody singing in the next room. I heard someone knocking at the door. 注意,對(duì)于那些即不能“進(jìn)行”也不能“反復(fù)”的動(dòng)作,則不能用現(xiàn)在分詞,要用不帶to的不定式,如下面一句中的explode就不能改為exploding: I heard the bomb explode. I heard my name called. I’ve heard him criticized many times. 3. 比較:hear=聽(tīng)見(jiàn);hear about=聽(tīng)說(shuō),得知;hear of=聽(tīng)說(shuō),得知。如: I have never heard about such a man. I heard of his death last week. 注意hear sb doing sth與 hear about (of) sb doing sth意思不同。如: Have you heard about Jim coming here? I’ve never heard of anyone doing a thing like that. He wouldn’t hear of my going away. She just won’t hear of such an idea. You damaged the bike and you will hear about it. I heard this from my friend. Have you heard from him recently? 如: Please hear me out. I know you’re angry but you could at least hear me out. |
