介詞except (but)后接的不定式to的省略問題

當(dāng)介詞except和but 后接不定式時，不定式是否帶to原則上與其前是否有動詞 do 有關(guān)：其前有do，不定式一般不帶 to；其前沒有 do，不定式通常帶 to。

(1) 關(guān)于except的用例：

I can do everything except cook. 除了做飯我什么事都會做。

He does nothing except eat all day. 他整天除了吃什么都不干。
