fond用作表語與定語的用法

1. 表示“喜愛的”“愛好的”，通常只用作表語。如：

We’re very fond of opera. 我們很喜愛歌劇。

She is fond of him but doesn’t love him. 她喜歡他，但并非愛他。

I’m very fond of Elgar’s music. 我很愛德艾爾加的樂曲。

He is very fond of his mother. 他很愛他的母親。

She is passionately fond of tennis. 她熱愛網(wǎng)球。

She has many faults, but we’re all very fond of her. 她雖有許多缺點(diǎn)，但我們都很喜歡她。
