動詞believe的用法與搭配

1. 后接否定的賓語從句時，通常將否定轉(zhuǎn)移到主句上。如：

I don’t believe she’s at home. 我看她不在家。

I don’t believe you need worry. 我想你不必憂慮。

2. 在簡略答語中，一般不單獨用believe，而是根據(jù)句意的肯定和否定使用I believe so. 或I don’t believe so. / I believe not. 如：

A：Do you think he will come? 你認(rèn)為他會來嗎？

B：No, I don’t believe so. [I believe not.] 我想不會。

3. 可接不定式的復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)作賓語，但其中的不定式通常為 to be型，若為實義動詞，則通常為完成式。如：

6. believe it or not為慣用表達(dá)，其意為“信不信由你”。如：
