寫(xiě)作中動(dòng)詞延續(xù)性與非延續(xù)性的三類錯(cuò)誤

■英語(yǔ)中瞬間動(dòng)詞不能與“段”時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)連用，表達(dá)時(shí)應(yīng)將其替換為狀態(tài)動(dòng)詞或延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞。如：

(1) I have borrowed the book for two weeks. (誤)

正：I have kept the book for two weeks.

析：borrow為瞬間動(dòng)詞。此處要使用延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞keep。

(2) My brother has joined the Army for more than two years. (誤)

正：My brother has been in the Army for more than two years.

或：My brother joined the Army more than two years ago.

(3) Henry lent me a book and he told me that I could borrow it for a week. (誤)

正：Henry lent me a book and he told me that I could keep it for a week.

■瞬間動(dòng)詞與till或until引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句或構(gòu)成的短語(yǔ)連用時(shí)，應(yīng)使用否定形式，否則應(yīng)使用狀態(tài)動(dòng)詞或延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞。如：

(1) He went to bed until eleven o’clock. (誤)

正：He didn’t go to bed until eleven o’clock.

(2) He got married until he was thirty years old. (誤)

正：He didn’t get married until he was thirty years old.

或：He stayed single until he was thirty years old. (stay為狀態(tài)動(dòng)詞)

(3) He fell asleep until 9 o’clock the next morning. (誤)

正：He slept until 9 o’clock the next morning.

■非延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞不能用于由從屬連詞 while引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句中。如：

While I came into the classroom，Mary was reading. (誤)

正：When I came into the classroom，Mary was reading.
