at the back of 的用法

■表示“在……的后面（范圍之外)”，此時相當于 behind，可換用。如：

There is a little garden at the back of the house. 房屋后有個小花園。

We planted some trees at the back of the church. 我們在教堂后面種了些樹。

■表示“在……的后部（范圍之內）”，此時不能用 behind換用。如：

There is a little room at the back of the house. 房屋后部有個小房間。

■有時也說 in the back of。如：

He sat in [at] the back of the car. 他坐在小汽車后部。
