副詞little可修飾哪些動詞

副詞1ittle修飾動詞的用法比較有限，主要用于believe, care, dream, expect, guess, imagine, know, realize, suspect, think, understand等之前，表示“毫不”“根本不”等意。如：

We little believed that he would harm us. 我們根本不相信他會加害于我們。

He little expected to find himself in prison. 他幾乎沒有料到自己會進監獄。

He little knew what he had started. 他一點也不知道他開始干的是什么。

They said goodbye, little knowing that they were never to meet again. 他們道別了，完全不知道他們再也不會見面。

She little thought she would be rewarded. 她一點沒想她會受到酬謝。

另外，還要特別注意，由于副詞little具有否定意義，所以當它被置于句首時，其后要用倒裝句式。如：
