2. 日期的表示法：日期的寫法(書面語)和讀法(口語)稍有不同，如“十月一日”可以寫成 October 1, October 1st, 1 October, 1st October, (the) 1st of October 等，表示月份的詞也可用縮略式，如 Oct. 1, 1 Oct. 1，但是在口語中通常只有兩種讀法 October (the) first或the first of October。
